
From January to March 2025, PURC’s Bono Regional Office recovered GH¢835,579.69 for NEDCo and secured GH¢16,263.74 in consumer adjustments. Out of 263 complaints received, 257 were resolved—91% of them involving NEDCo. The office also led 20 public education campaigns across Bono and Ahafo, reaching nearly 3,000 people. The report emphasized PURC’s drive for regulatory excellence, consumer protection, and improved utility accountability.
