The prestigious Ghana Energy Awards is set to mark a major milestone as it launches its 10th anniversary edition on September 30th, 2026, celebrating a decade of recognising excellence in Ghana’s energy sector.
The landmark edition will be officially unveiled at a Media Launch and Opening of Nominations ceremony at 10 a.m. at the Airport View Hotel in Accra, bringing together key players in the energy industry, policymakers, stakeholders and the media.
A Decade of Recognising Excellence
Since its inception, the Ghana Energy Awards has brought industry recognition to outstanding performers across various segments of the energy value chain, creating a platform through which innovation, leadership and exceptional contribution can be acknowledged.
This year’s launch will unveil the theme and award categories for the 10th anniversary edition, providing prospective nominees and the wider industry with an understanding of the areas to be recognised.
The event will also officially open the nomination process, inviting individuals and organisations to submit entries for consideration under the announced categories. Prospective nominees and industry stakeholders will have the to engage the Awarding Panel, gain greater insight into the awards process and seek clarification on the nomination, assessment and shortlisting procedures.
