The Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL), Edward Bawa, has assured Ghanaians of a stable fuel supply despite ongoing tensions in the Middle East, which continue to affect global energy markets.
Speaking during a visit to the GOIL filling station at 37 in Accra as part of activities marking GOIL Pride Day in celebration of Ghana Month, Mr. Bawa reaffirmed the company’s commitment to shielding consumers from the impact of international fuel market disruptions.
He noted that GOIL is implementing strategic measures to ensure consistent fuel availability nationwide while absorbing part of the cost pressures to ease the burden on consumers.
According to him, the company is carefully managing its operations to maintain stability in both supply and pricing, even as global oil market volatility persists.
Mr. Bawa added that GOIL remains committed to sharing part of its margins with consumers in order to cushion them during the ongoing crisis.
GOIL Pride Day, observed at the 37 Station and other outlets across the country, is designed to strengthen engagement with customers and staff while promoting GOIL’s identity as a proudly Ghanaian oil marketing company.
The initiative also highlights the company’s continued commitment to national development and delivering value to consumers, particularly during periods of uncertainty in the global oil sector.
