The Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited (BOST) has received recognition for promoting and pushing sustainable energy solutions in Africa.
At this year’s Africa Public Sector Leadership & Innovation Awards, held in Accra, the state-owned enterprise received three awards.
BOST Managing Director, Edwin Provencal, in a Facebook post, expressed his delight that the year started with the recognitions, which he believes are a tribute to the state-owned company’s continued success.
Mr Provencal also commended the BOST’s Board, Management, and Staff on their collective achievements thus far.
The Africa Public Sector Leadership & Innovation Awards reflect the historic promises made by governments throughout the world at COP28 to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
The plan comes at a critical time for Africa as it prepares to embrace sustainable leadership practices and manage an ever-changing economic landscape. The event drew dignitaries, high-ranking officials, and thought leaders from throughout Africa’s public sector. The fundamental goal of APSLIA 2024 is to stimulate discussions on key issues such as sustainable leadership, the green economy, national development, and organisational success
